i think the smudges and blurs around the effect are a bit unnecessary. i also think the beginning of that laser ray/blast shouldn't stray behind the ankh(?) or the object she's holding

the character design works great,but i think you should try and challenge yourself with your poses alot more.try going for different poses with different angles. this is a bit of a problem i've been noticing with alot of your works so far,or at least with this character in particular
